"psych"
As in: "I just psyched you out".
Or more verbosely: "I just out foxed you using psychology".
Strictly speaking, neither psych nor psyched is really a word, certainly not in any dictionary more than 20 years old. This becomes more obvious when you realize that "psych" is very rare in that the "y" in it is long, whereas in most places when a "y" appears in the middle of a word, it is short. That is, you would think "psych" would be pronounced "sick" instead of "saek".
In any case, trying not to appear as an old fuddy duddy, I would say that if a word is too new to appear in most dictionaries, you may wish to avoid using it in formal text.

Physche is literal & gramatically correct.
Syke is how I've always seen it spelled as a slang.
