It is their genetic make-up that makes them what they are.
You take them to the north pole, they will look the same. It is just that the assortment of genes have made them look like that.

Why do you look the way you look? I'm attempting to understand your question but your English is not so good. Do you want to know why are Africans Darker than other races of people? Because God made them darker to adapt to there environment.

africans look dark because africa is located close to the EQUATOR. its an imaginary line that runs accross the globe. the countries that are close to that line, such as india, Africa tend to be much closer to the sun. hence the temperatures here tend to be higher.
so the people here need to have natural sun block MELANIN built into their skin in order to protect their skin from sun damage.
and MELANIN makes them darker. but without it, they wont be able to survive such temperatures.

They are white with blonde hair and blue eyes. Because that is the way they are.

the sun makes them dark
it's like tanning only you do it your entire life and you get it from your parents
