If u are a virgin i would suggest using the "slim" or "slendor ones. and with a plastic applicator.. I HATE pads it makes me feel like im wearing a diaper and makes me feel dirty all day!!! While u are at the drug store and u still dont know which ones to get dont be timid ask the pharmacist that is what they are there for.... He/she will be able to show u the ones that will be most comfortable...
Dont forget to read the thing inside to insert it properly cause if u insert them wrong u will be feeling it and its not too comfy...
Also dont forget to change them every 6 hours or so...

You can use tampons whether you're a virgin or not. If you're worried about the size of them, just try the junior or light sizes. Basically every tampon manufacturer makes these smaller sizes, so just try to look for one that seems right to you. You'll probably have an easier time with a plastic applicator for the first couple of times, but they're really bad for the environment. So, once you get the hang of it, switch to a cardboard applicator.

Some girls worry that if they use tampons, they will no longer be virgins. The truth is, a virgin is someone who has never had sexual intercourse. Inserting a tampon is definitely not the same as having sex

tampons are not like that, they aren't for virgins or non virgins. the tampons don't go up high enough to break the hymen nor will they change virginity status.
playtex gentle glide tampons are easy to insert so i would assume that's your concern.
tampax just came out with new cardboard ones as well.
it will be trial and error so good luck.

Being thoroughly straightforward, it does injury the 1st time you employ a tampon. I bear in mind when I first inserted one, I wasn't helpful i'd desire to maintain doing it, as a results of fact it basically felt atypical. yet after a pair of days and studying precisely a thank you to place it, you are able to no longer experience them anymore and it is lots extra helpful than bothering with pads. additionally, it may be extra helpful in case you're able to desire to purely wait till you're no longer on your era to flow swimming, as a results of fact on an identical time as tampons are patently extra helpful for this than pads, there continues to be no assure you will no longer have an accident.

Probably tampax pearl or kotex. And buy the smallest ones that they have. That way it will be more comftorable for you to insert them. Over time as you get adjusted to them you can move up in size.
