you can be concerned but don't panic, don't let it show. Like the saying "never let em see you sweat." Hold it in. follow the rules of silence and calmly go about solving the problem. Show no emotion on your face. Watch the godfather you'll understand what I'm talking about.

Keep a notepad with you. If a situation arises where you need to panic, just pull out your notebook, date it and write "I am panicking" in it. Repeat as often as needed.

Yes, of course. It's panicking without letting anyone know. For example, your arteries and internal organs are exploding, but the people around you only think you are choking or something.

I actually do. No one has a clue that I'm a mess inside during the crisis...I take a deep breath & do what must be done then collapse afterwards. ☺

i did that for this job once.. i had to take a lie detector test and if you put a tack in your shoe it throws them off and it make it seem like your in a panic

well, i've always done this.i breath 4 about 5 times.its a good way of staying calm.you then able to encounter any problem you have.
