I bought an acura legend 1992 from a car dealer. They gave me a 30 days warranty for engine and transmission. Now 2 weeks later the car starter is going bad and the speed sensor is not working. are these part of the engine and transmission... is the warranty suppose to cover them?

If yes what should I do now since they telling me we are not going to repair that.

sorry not parts of the drive train (engine Tanny)
the starter can be fixed for less than $10 if they change the contacts and speed sensors cost $100 or less
you may want to see if they will split the costs with you but they don't have to

From what you describe you're on your own. 99.999% of these powertrain warranties cover "internal lubricated parts" of which the starter and sensor are not.
