There is two external SATA ports come with the main board, but I don't know what is for? I have external SATA hard drive encloser, but it connect to USB port, not SATA port. Any one knows what device that using external SATA port?

It is a faster interface for external SATA hard drives. e-SATA is faster than USB 2.0 or Firewire interface.

The only devices I have seen that run on eSATA are external hard drives, though it is possible they might end up making external burners that work on them as well. You have to look on the specs when you buy to see if it says it supports eSATA. Here is an example of one:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136081 as you can see it will support either USB 2.0 or eSATA.

There are some enclosures that do connect via SATA. It is technically faster.
