Oh this is one of my favorite movies, can I please choose 2?
Roy's character is so intense and even though he is initially portrayed as one the bad guys at the end you can't help but to like him, his love of life is so deep and his mind so bright, he gets it, even when he is "only" a replicant.
Then you have Deckard so street smart and efficient, charming but weak, he is the good guy, the one that takes care of the bad replicants, but wait at the end he comes to face a harsh possibility, is he also a replicant?, his struggle lingers once the movie is over.
