when just wathing tv during commercials or sumthin stand up, and jump just 1-3 inches off the ground with your toes,repeat it till you have to stop and the second you hit the ground go back up.i got this advice from a magazine and it works!

do jumping on the spot, jump roping and but a step climber and do alot of those (i usually do 500) and my vertical is getting higher everyday

run a lot so you can get good break aways for the perfect dunk
crunches to build up ur abs, i forget y it helps, but it does, i read it somewhere
jump rope, jump soles, ankle whights, to build up legs

1st- Have you ever heard of strength shoes (buy them)
2nd- Go outside and jump for like 30min
3rd-Practice makes perfect

take a basketball & bounce it below ur legs as in pass it as u jump from under ur toes. That improves ur airtime.

try strength shoes, also you want to build up your calves, so simple things as jumprope and working out should help a lot.
