Sounds good what you are having but I don't eat breakfast! When I do find the time to eat it's good old fashioned meat and potatoes! YUMMY!!
In other words I eat fried foods, baked foods, grilled foods, etc. Occasionally, you will see me eating a fruit cup made with jello.

Yes. In this family eating healthy is a necessity. And it's no small challenge, either. Two of us have dietary auto-immune disorders (one is dairy-free, one is wheat-free), and one of them also has high mitochondria and metabolism.
At least 85% of what we eat is made from scratch, and many ingredient substitutions are made to accommodate the dairy and wheat restrictions. And since this is a farming community, there's no shortage of high quality, fresh food.

No. maximum days i do no longer consume something all day till approximately 3:00, then I consume dinner and pig out all evening. this is humorous while human beings say "How are you so skinny?" i for my section desire to consume extra healthily and on a popular schedule, yet I determine i'm able to try this after i'm no longer in college anymore. i will give up smoking then too.

Yea pretty much. I have my moments though and I hate myself for it. Great now I want a cookie. The bad thing about that is I know where I hid them. I can see this just isn't going to work.

Yes, pretty much.
But sometimes I have a sweet tooth here and there...
I love fruit and I eat my green vegetables.
Oh sounds good! Have a nice breakfast. =)
