300 liters is about 80 us gallons,

That is sort of small for discus, but it can be done.

I would stick with 5 discus and maybe 4 angelfish.

Not sure how bettas and gouramies fit into this tank set-up, but maybe 3 DG and 1 betta.

Personally I wouldn'tsuggest mixing the fish you mention. Angels and Discus can and often do go well together, but for every person that says they did it successfully, there is one that tells a horror story about trying it. The gouramis will only cause stress for the Discus as they get older and claim territories, so I would avoid them as well. Good choices for a Discus tank would be fairly small, very peaceful fishes such as tetras, cory catfish livebearers or killifish. Look for things native to the same area as the Discus.

If you havent started this tank yet I would reconsider the mix you've mentioned. You have time anyway, that size tank will need to cycle on its own for a least a week. Maybe you could consider not putting the Betta in a at all. I would start with the samllest species you decide on and work your way up. you should wait from a few days to week between introducing new groups of fish as well to give the tank water time to stabalize.

you could probably get 5 discuses and 4 gouramis and 3 angels but not the Betta because the gouramis and Betta will fight to death

I have read that a male betta fish will sometimes attack gouramis as they mistake them for one of their own. I have never kept the two fish together so I cannot speak from experience but that is the word on the street.
