once... right below my fingernail on the top of my pointer finger. It was hilarious when i was getting them because they had one of those light blue cloths they use for surgery over my arm with just the tip of my finger sticking out... like they were doing some major operation. The shots hurt more than the stitches themselves did. OUCH!

I have had them like 6 times but I have needed them a lot more than that but my parents didn't believe in Dr's when I was a kid.
