McGrady however is a great team player, he can actually pass the ball, and he plays defense. Sure Carter is more "exciting", but what does "exciting" have to do with being better?

Vince is better overall slightly because he is more durable and plays better defense. If it wasn't for his lack of durablity I would select Tracy because he can play 3 positions to Vinces 2.

I think Tracy is more consistant and clutch...it seems like Vince is slowing down where as Tracy is still going hard (although both get injured too easily!)

Vince carter is for sure more exciting to watch...have you seen anyone else jump over a 7 foot player to dunk the ball? both players can easily take over a game and drain shots all game long but vince is just a more spectacular player to watch. he can excite his whole team with a throw down where tmac isnt as good as doing that. have to go with vince on this one.

overall i would take T-Mac everytime. His court vision is much better than Vince, and that makes him more likely to not only spot an open man, but pass the ball to him. his defense is better....offensively, he's capable of doing just as much, if not more, than Vince.
Neither one of them have that killer instinct mentality...but i prefer T-Mac's willingness to carry his team.
McGrady wins.
