there are one or two people who seem to irritate me for no real reason....i was wondering if anyone else was like this as well..?

yeah, it's like they look at you, and you want to punch them. Maybe its something about their appearance

Yes some go out of their way to get a reaction and some try very hard to annoy people. They must read a book on how to annoy people.
