There's 195 countries. Kosovo is added into the list, if not, there's only 194 countries in the world.

That is a question with a continually changing answer. There are some areas of land that some regions consider seperate countries, but they are not recognized by other countries. For this reason, I don't think it is possible to get a completely accurate count, but the generally accepted count should be acceptable.
