Always use recorded delivery.. Alot of moaners on Ebay.. And if he genuinely hasn't received them, how do'es he feel thinking you ripped him off?

You should always send anything you sell on ebay via a method that requires a signature or at least delivery proof.

At this point you dont have the tickets so you have nothing else to sell them. THey may file a complaint against you and you may be compelled to reimburse you. Since you didnt cover yourself, you are most likely going to have to refund them.

As long as you got proof of postage then you can claim back the money. You have to refund the buyer though and then claim the money back.
If you didnt get proof of postage then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do, and you will still have to pay back the buyer.

do you know someone elce that has with the tickets to the same place that can check to see if the people that got your tickets used them.

all you need is a photo of who used the tickets and if it was the buyer you can take them to small claims court.

or have them arrested

Sadly you don't have a leg to stand on.

Refund your buyer and claim from the post office (£32.00 max I think) using your proof of posting. You DID get a proof of posting???

well if you have tons of time and ranking invested in your Handle, you can probable afford to take a bad rating. however if you do not, just create a new handle. next time when you sell on eBay us some kind of tracking :-)

do you live in the UK? There is currently a Royal Mail strike in some regions. What is his feedback like?
