I have gone through all the 25 boring(except for two but then they have circumvented answering the question) answers. I did not find a single one which could be considered even satisfactory leave alone Best Answer(including yours)
Actually it is difficult to declare a person the ugliest. Not even ugly. As the Bard on Avon declared 'A niger sees in the eyes of his beloved the beauty of Helen,Do you the story of a Hollywood beauty attending a party thrown by a Zulu Chief? He was unabashedly starging at her throughout the party.She was convinced that she had smitten him with her looks .This,however,lasted till the end of the party. The Chief approached her at the end and admiringly declared. "Madam,if only you could have been a bit darker and fat you would have looked very beautiful.!"
