I just by looking around found it easy to locate trolls and clones without much work. Do you think Yahoo should be more active in removing these personalities from Yahoo! Answers boards or not?

edit - you would think they would get sick of opening accounts every day - sometimes up to 5 judging by some of them. What a waste of space !

can u explain this more? By trolls and clones you mean people being nasty and people imitating you, your avatar??? Well, I saw a fake astrologer here and after you wrote him, he tried to tell you horrible info and have you send money Western Union to get help from him. I reported him to Yahoo and they didn't do anything to him. Instead they deleted my question alerting people! He was also a top contributor and I saw how he did it. He signed up with like 10 accounts and would ask for astrology readings from each one...BUT each account asked for like a dozen personal readings but he kept changing birth info, even though it was same profile. Yahoo is too busy to care. I made a suggestion and was the one punished. Good luck!

Yes, and I believe Yahoo Answers has come a long ways in dealing with them. Yahoo has been dealing with these kind of people for a long time and has come up with many improvements. I like the new system where we can block people or keep our Network private from trolls. I believe Yahoo will continue to make progress.

Absolutely. They have to be more stern with the trolls that create havoc. I don't have to mention any names here but there are three or four that hang together and ask some of the most mean-spirited, hateful and sick questions I have ever seen. Judging from some of the questions, these people need intense mental evaluation and treatment.

That is why many of us keep our networks privet and connect only with people we know. I had that trouble just like Mrs. Swimmer and had to leave the wrestling section. Good thing my mom had yotg on her contacts and I added him to my contacts and that is how we went to the Israel section. People are nicer there, I feel yahoo has done better this last months and hope they continue.

Yes! There time would be much better spent that way. As it is all they seem to do is take any ones word that a question or answer is in violation. Seems like kind of a pathetic waste of lots of peoples time to me.

I think they should keep removing them over and over until they are completely removed. Some people may find it so amusing while others are sensitive and get affected by it.

They really can't do much more than what they have already done! these ppl can make accounts whenever they want and can't be stopped. We just have to laugh at them and move on!

Yes, but sadly they just create new profiles as soon as they are removed.
