Ok, that was an attention grabber, yet 100% true, What do I do? Ive been to the doctor they dont know what it is. I have no pain, I am completely healthy otherwise (17 yr old female) I exersize everyday and eat healthily, but bright red blood in my poo.
All my blood tests say my blood levels are all fine.

Could be related to hemorrhoids (this condition can occur because of straining to go to the bathroom if one has a problem with constipation-hard stools).
There is definitely something wrong and I would recommend getting another opinion, preferably from a gastroenterologist (a dr that treats diseases and disorders of the digestive system). Blood in the bowel is a sign that something is definitely wrong and yes, sometimes the bloodwork can miss it depending on what's causing the problem.

From recent personal experience with the same symptoms, I would suggest that you have "diverticular disease" which has two conditions: diverticulosis and diverticulitis.
Diverticulosis is a condition in which small pockets (diverticula) bulge out through weak spots in the colon (large intestine). The most likely cause is a low fibre diet which leads to constipation, which in turn puts excess pressure on the colon wall, forming diverticula (pockets).
Diverticulitis is a result of undigested food or hard particles (e.g. seeds) in the stools (poop) becoming trapped in the pockets. This causes the pockets to become inflamed or infected leading to blood in the stools.
In my own case, in the fortnight prior, I had a couple of bright red blood spots on the paper when I wiped my butt. Didn't think much about it at the time other than thinking that I should keep checking.
Then one night I filled the bowl with blood clots. Shock, horror!
Within an hour I had to go again. This time it was all bright red blood - hospital time! In three hours I ended up losing about 2 1/2 litres of blood.
At the hospital, I was given a colonoscopy, which found what the problem was. So it is no wonder the doctor couldn't give a diagnosis. He should have referred you to a clinic for a colonoscopy.
Go back to your doctor and TELL him that you want to have a colonoscopy done ASAP. It's a painless proccedure. The worst part is swallowing the foul stuff that they give you to clean out your system prior to the job being done.
Hope that there's not TOO much info here, but I just wanted to show how quickly things can turn to crap.
Good luck with it.

you need to eat more green salad, lots of water, get some prunes, get some spinach and all the other things that have high fibre in them,,,, also be sure to eat red fruits such as strawberries and cherries and raspberries and....maybe a bit of red wine because this strengthens your blood vessels and it is a very good antioxidant...great for your arteries aswell .... after that make sure you have a balanced diet.
i truly hope you feel better.

If you are constipated (sorry I know it is uncomfortable talking about it) but sometimes this can cause tiny tears in the delicate tissue around your anus and this can cause the blood. This is a bit yuk too but is it in the poo itself or sprayed around the bowl?? Did the doctor do any tests to check for polyps??
