1995 converted gragage into bedroom?

In 1995 I had side and rear extention done to my house and extentended garage as well. Then I started using garage as bedroom. now selling house and buyer solicitor question about this bedroomplanning permision . Where to I stand? help!

If you didn't have planning permission, you could be standing out in the cold. Best consult with YOUR solicitor.

In many states its illegal to change a garage into a bedroom or other living space. If I was you I would switch it back to a garage if possible
