Mine was worse.
Well I knew she was pregnant but I had not seen her in 4 months.She still looked pretty small,so i tell her "wheres the baby? your still so thin"?
Her reply..... " I LOST IT"
OH MAN!!!!!!! And it was in front of heaps of people. I was sooo embarrassed. :(

Yes. Your confrontation sounds heartbreaking ... sorry about that. My little experience was pure ignorance ... I was just trying to start an idle conversation, but it turned out that she just had a belly that looked like she was pregnant. I never asked another female that again unless I was almost 100% sure ......

Yes and it was embarrassing. Ive actually had someone ask me that before too. I was so embarassed because I wasn't. Actually, they said do you want a girl or a boy. Since I didn't know that person, I was like a girl. lol

No, I thought about asking that a few times. Then I thought, "Asking will never have a good outcome." If they are they will feel bad because they will think they look fat. If they aren't, well, the same thing.

Oh yeah. It was the manager where i used to work. She'd always been small, but then there was the stomach! I asked her when she was due, got the "go to hell" look and was informed she wasn't pregnant. D'oh!

I did but I had to confess because she started to get pretty suspicious when I faked labor for 72 hours.
