The White Sox need to trade -
1) Jose Contreras. He was great for 2 years, now this year, age has caught up to him. I would be happy with a prospect, just to get him out of here.
2) Juan Uribe - the laziest fielder with the most talent. He will never live up to it either. And Juan, stop swinging at EVERY pitch.

Johnny Damon and Scott Proctor (NYY).
Damon has not been stepping up like a leadofff hitter should, since he's batting under .250 with 5 HR and 27 RBIs. The guy swings at anything and rarely gets on base. They need a leadoff hitter with at least a .300 average and a better OBP.(I would like to see them have Carl Crawford, because he has speed and power, and he would get more hype in NY than he does in Tampa, or maybe even Youkilis, since his OBP is high).
Also, Proctor just walks too many people and makes silly mistakes. I remember about two weeks ago, he came in the 9th inning @ Baltimore and gave up a base hit and two walks to load the bases and then walked the next guy to allow the guy on third to score, which gave Baltimore the victory. You just hate it when a guy does that. Also, in that same inning, he made a spectacular diving catch and was spending too much time celebrating that he completely forgot there was a runner 1/2 way off of second who he could have gotten out ,which would have saved the game. The yankees have to get a better guy in the bullpen who just doesn't make those mistakes(I would like to see them get Eric Gagne).
They are fine with SP(I hope Hughes comes back soon to take over for the extremely aweful Igawa), and they are fine with Cairo @ 1st base.

As a Red Sox fan, I'd like to see Wily Mo Pena be traded.
Once in a while Pena will hit a monster home run, but for every time he does, he strikes out about 10 or 12 times. I hate seeing him in the lineup. If he has 4 at bats in a game, usually he'll strike out at least 3 times.
When he gets 2 strikes on him, it's pretty much over. 99% of the time he'll either a) watch strike three down the middle of the plate or b) swing at a pitch that's 8 inches off the plate and low.
Plus, he's terrible defensively.
Others have said Clement, and I would like to see him go, but I don't know if they could trade him. Who would want him?
I thought about Lugo and Drew as well, but I think they're better than their current numbers indicate (although if I had my choice we would have kept Gonzalez and Nixon), but I think this is as good as Pena gets.

J.D. Drew of the Red Sox.
He has a huge contract and he is known for a injured riddled past.
At the plate this season he looks as though he is just lost and is just guessing when he swings at the ball.
Definitly not worth his contract.
I agree with the guy above with the Matt Clement trade. Maybe trading Clement and Drew we can get a prospect or two?

Pat the NO Bat Burrell. Anoyne can take him...he is stealing money from the organization while watching called strike three go by! He has no fire, he makes JD Drew look like an emotional guy! There is no real effort out of him and he makes a killing on potential.
I would not mind seeing Helton or Sweeney go to a contender so that they can see what winning is like!

Mike Sweeney....
It makes me sick that a small market team like the Royals has to shell out 11 million bucks a year to watch this guy sit on the DL. With an extra 11 million bucks a year, the Royals can go out and sign some much needed pitching help to go along with their recently explosive offense. I think the Royals had the most or second most runs per game average over the month of June, and it's continuing into July.
Please, Please get rid of Sweeney, and I guarantee the Royals finally climb out of the AL Central cellar.

Lasting Millage from the Mets. He is to cocky and has an attitudes problem. Once in the the dugout Randolph was talking to him and he just walked away from Randolph. Plus a lot of teams want him and we can get an Ace or good pitcher for him.
Heilman even though he did great but we can get some one good for him and we need more SP then we need RP. Even though he can be a SP we need some one who has be doing it lately.

Im a Yankee fan and i would like to see Robinson Cano traded . Cano is a great fielder but stuggles at the plate and he is probaly the most marketable player out there.
Also i would like to see Hideki Matsui Traded matsui just cant get the job done in new york if u trade him you can stick melky out there or damon . And if you trade him and maby add a solid minor leaguer the yankees can finally get a first basemen - MARK TEIXERA or how ever you spell his name

If I were making decisions for the Cubs, I would trade Jacque Jones to any team who was willing to give me a few baseballs and a packet of Big League Chew.

Craig Monroe and Sean Casey.
I think the Tiferfs should have traded him before last year to get the best possible return and look at him now. I think some of the guys in the farm system are better and are more consistant. We nee a 1st baseman with power. Too bad Dimitri Young waited to get his act together.
