(ANS) To give you an idea of just how big the sun is, our entire earth would fit many many times over into just x1 tiny sun spot. The sun is huge, the earth would fit thousands of times over into the space or volume that the sun occupies.

Using my hand as a measuring device I can easily block out its light with one hand. So far the Earth is 4,564 hands and I only did my house. So its HUGE.
