Im glad you asked that question, having a grandmother and mother who were Italian, I cut my baby teeth on egg noodles. I must have eaten almost every kind of pasta there is out there all of my life. But the most important kind and the one I remember the most is the one cooked with LOVE. How I used to like the smell of the kitchen when they used to cook. How I miss that now, Im hungry now for some pasta and red gravy with garlic bread.
