Make just one wish. Think of what it would take for you to make your wish come true. Attempt to make the wish come true. That way you could spend time working for that wish while waiting. Happy birthday!!

About your question, I think you shouldn;t just wish for it, and you shouldn't just stop believeing on it!
ACT! Take action for your wish.....
Nothing will happen good, of course, if you won't take some 'act'.... Making a wish is good, it can be helpful and all that, but all wishes should also be acted upon/
