well "hisroyalfreshnesss" no pun intended, i would prefer CA but somewhere close to the beach.

New York is much more expensive, but California is also pricey. California has great weather and a lot of beautiful mountains, lakes, rivers, cities, etc. CA has skiing, horseback riding, gliding, boating, great walking trails and so much more. agh neither. both are smog covered, disgusting, rude, hell holes. middle america is much better and cleaner for that matter.
