every winter my ceiling gets black spot all over it.It's go away when I wipe with dry cloth but comes back again.It window opens on the road so it's hardly get any sunlight.what do I do?Tired of cleaning.....can somebody please help me?

It sounds like Mold or Mildew Spots. Maybe you need a Dehumidifier in your Bedroom to remove Moisture which will cause blacks spots to grow. Also try opening your Blinds to More Sunlight. Molds and Mildew Love the Dark, and Damp to produce..They will also cause Sinus Problems..

use a bit of soap and water on a cloth. Make sure you put down a tarp or something so water does not drip. But use as little water as necessary so it will dry quicker. Then turn on the heat and let it dry before moving the tarp.

How about a damp cloth attached to a broom! Use pegs maybe to hold it in place.

your problem is air circulation and isolation in your room.

you can't change it! you've to clean it or to paint it.

The only solution would be new windows and better isolation.

But that's an expensive solution.
