I am not one to get involved in this debate but look at this link. Ignore all the Psychic rubbish just look at
1. The photo of Gerry with the kids palying taken before Madeleine dissapears.
2. look at the Sky report of Robert Mourat leaving after questioning.
His lawyer and the man in the back ground of the picture watching the family are one and the same!

The guy in the family picture is alot bigger then the lawyer. The lawyer is a really short guy. The only similarity is the bald head and sunglasses. The Man in the photo also appears to have a gut and the lawyer I did not see him as being heavy at all. The picture is not very clear but if you sharpen it with a photo program you would see they are not the same. But concerning Murat...the Portugese Press has said there is a connection with him and one of the guests holidaying with the McCanns.
