Pain, tiredness, cramping, irritability, tearfullness, bloating, clumsiness, indecision, stress, and not being able to sleep are symptoms I have every month, it is the longest week in the month for me - what can I do to make things better for myself and my sanity? I also get mega chocolate cravings and eat like a horse!

Have you tried taking evening primrose oil tablets??


Also exercise is great at this time of the month - it releases good endorphins which help with the pain and pretty much everything else. And eat healthily - it really does make a difference. You need to cosset yourself! Rest, sleep when you can, be good to yourself.

I have been told this is good Agnus Castus Its herbal and you can get it from most health shops but make sure its ok to take with any medication if you arer on any. I really sympathise with you I suffer from PMT myself, I'm going to try this herbal stuff to see if it will help.

evening primrose oil helps also magnesium helps with the moods lol
