The Dr. may want to give him an ultrasound of the scrotum. Sometimes it is just a build-up of fluid which the doc can easily drain away. Don't freak out too much just take it one day at a time until you see the Dr. Don't go in there expecting the worst just think, 'whatever it is we can handle it '
Good Luck

I have a lump that is just like a vericose vein, but it gave me a bit of a worry. Don't stress too much until you know, but it's good to get it checked out. One week won't make a difference.

I had a friend who had testicular cancer. He had one testicle removed, but he is now cancer-free and healthy. It is not a death sentence. You are doing the right thing, being vigilant.

Good luck to you both.

It very well could be a cancerous tumor. If it is, a surgeon will remove it. Stay calm, a man can get by just fine having only one testicle should his other one need to be removed. If it is found to be a cancerous tumor, then a doctor will probably do an MRI scan to see if the cancer has spread. From what I've read, testicular cancer is quite treatable. I hope everything turns out well for him, and hopefully it's not cancer.

From what i know, if it is irregular and feels solid and caught in one place then it might be cancer, but chances are small. If it is round and feels like a globe with water inside and slipps away when you touch it then it is a chist, which is ok!

a lot of times - i know from experience - you worry yourself over nothing. it may *seem* to be getting bigger just because you're so worried about it.

try not to dwell on it too much and see what the doc says. in the mean time a lot of kisses down there will make him happy.

Go to the doctor! Look on the internet for what it might be

Best thing to do is to get him to the doctor as soon as possible.
It could be cancer or he could have bumped something he shouldn't have and it got swollen.

~It could be major, or something SO simple. There's no way to know. Worrying won't make it go away. Relax until you know for sure.
If you believe in God, pray.

Good luck.~
