sumtimes he even ignores me, cuz he thinks that if he does that then i'll come running to him. i wanna live my life, u know what i mean. but he always desperately needs my freaking attention. he is too "clingy"?

i don't know why, but he thinks that for some weird reason, that i'll leave him...i have told him soo many times that i love him, and won't leave him, but he needs to give me my space. oh and if he sees me talking to some other guy, he thinks that i'm gonna leave him for that guy... what do i do???

You can always tell him: "listen darling. I know I have been here for you but now, if you don't give me space, I will have to cut the relationship here and now".

With that statement he will definitely shut up and show you some respect.

I wish you the best of luck.

Smack him around a bit and let him know who's boss! Tell him "Yeah! I will leave you! Unless..." Then he'll go "WHAT?! I'll do anything for your love babe! You just say the words!" Now you drag his *** to your fav. store and fill up your cart until its sooo full the wheels break. Now this is where the rope you are going to bring in your purse comes in. Tie his *** up and make him tow the cart to the check out. Here you tell him "Buy all this crap for me or I will leave you!" If he buys it cool. Thank him and tell him not to be so clingy in a polite way. Men like it when their women are honest and don't hide their emotions and thoughts. When your not telling him how you feel, that translates to you don't find him important enough to know what going on. However, If he is able to untie himself and he leaves you....oops! Good luck!

hmmm u could be heading for trouble. Maybe not- but relationships sometimes have a pattern and this looks like the formation of a very negative pattern. You may want to read the site I placed below for you.
edit-
To answer your question of how to get him to stop- only he can get himself to stop. you can however tell him the truth... tell him his insecurities are driving you crazy and if he doesn't stop being so possessive he will do exactly what he doesn't want to do and that is to drive you away.

I think that you should talk to him and tell him that you want to have a serious talk with him and then tell him what you really feel for him and that if you was to leave him that you would of have already if you wanted sice you get to talk to other guys but that you dont because you really love him and that you want to be with him but that you need your owm time just like he needs his sometime.Let him know that you are with him always but that both of ya need your tme alone.Don't get an attitude just talk to him straight and make him understand don't make him think you want to pick up an argument or fight.

Wish you good luck hopefully he understands!!!

if he had to be together with his acquaintances he should not be in a dating. yet karma is a ***** so do just to him as he's doing to you. do no longer sit down around and enable him make you mad or make you cry or experience shitty reason in the back of something he's doing do basically it back to him or flow around a cling with some dude that he does not like i do no longer mean cheat basically you recognize talk to different adult adult males or like cling including your individuals and while he needs to cling out with you tell him that your busy and youll confer with him later. attempt to hurry him off the telephone or if its in public basically style of walk away in like a hurry ingnore his demands a on an identical time as to which will truly make him mad. attempt it

sounds kinda wimpy of him. tell him to stop acting like a little girl or you WILL leave him, even if you dont mean it! i mean im sure theres love there, but personally i wouldnt have that! just tell him to layoff and if that doesnt work then do him the ay he does you! that always works for me, he might get the picture then...

Seriously, it's time to "read him the riot act". Tell him like it is, if he doesn't like it and change his ways, dump him though you don't have to make that permanant, just long enough to get the message across.
