My gripe is stupid people that LOVE to complain, Argue in circles, and do not care to find a RESOLUTION to their "problems". Notice most of the people who answer this question will not put down a resolution... FIGURES. They basically just want to ***ch.
MY RESOLUTION: 1)slap em, 2)walk away, or 3)listen to their moaning until they are done, and 1/2 hour later when they await a response, just sit there with your eyes wide open and focused on them, and make a snoring noise in the back of your throat. That seems to get em!

Two things, actually.
1 - Stupid people- they can have the highest education, out there and be the most stupid when it comes to life. These people know usually nothing outside their formal education, world events, happenings, or even just real life. And they don't care to know. They also usually work in fields they never went to school for, which makes it 10 times worse.
2 - Using netspeak in formal work correspondence or in ticketing for work. That itself is terrible... usually from *these* highly educated people.
That is asinine.

(edit) as for illegals, there are alot of jobs that illegals do that americans won't, that is why they hire them. I can't see an american working in a field for 12 hours a day for min wage. As for other countries people coming to work, there are alot of canadians, that go down and work for high tech companies for a hell of allot of money, which obviously americans can't fill again.. So for the lower end jobs, maybe they need to settle and do the work, or import all the food to the states. For the higher end jobs, well... says the education must be raised to make sure you can fill the jobs. (BTW) there are also americans who go to other countries illegally... not just to the states.

Rude, stupid people on cell phones talking in the most inappropriate places about the stupidest stuff. God, get lives and unplug! I swear to god, you can tell when someone driving is on the cell phone...it's as if they learned to drive in Egypt where there are no lanes or road rules.

People who walk around with a complete sense of self-entitlement, so completely wrapped up in their own world's they become so completely inconsiderate of other people.
