The wheel.....which moved the world towards prosperity.....

It's an evolution, first you have to be able to form a material into a wheel, so the invention by early man of tools was the first building block, which evolved into the wheel. The wheel became the gears of industry and eventually the means for carriages and automobiles to move which was gave man the ability to convey themselves to one another to communicate, the cell phone is simply an evolution in communication, the wheel with many more applications and much more history is just a distant ancestor to that technology, the beginning of a technological progression. It's not really in the same realm of usage though, unless you include phonograph records and CD's which are forms of communication.

The wheel without a doubt. Cell phones just made things more convenient, as you can still easily walk into the nearest building if you don't have one. Of course, you might be in the middle of the desert, but then a car would be more important(hence the wheel.) So, the wheel truly revolutionized the world and changed the course of history itself.

Give me a break. I still don't own a cell phone and have no immediate need for one. Before cell phones, people used pay phones or borrowed the use of a phone.

The wheel on the otherhand. Hmm...without the wheel, we would not have turbines to generate electricity. Also, no forms of transportation that we come to rely on, not even bicycles.

The wheel by far. How would you transport a cellphone without a wheel. Imagine life without wheels compared to life without cellphones? What would you rather do without your car or your cellphone? I would much rather ride and speak with the people when i get to them than talk on the cellphone and walk. Without the wheel there is no electricity for cellphones. Remember the main component of generators are wheels.

the wheel. Who cares about cell phones. In my opinion, cell phones are just a piece of junk. We don't need them. A normal phone works fine. So do normal cameras, calculators, calendars, alarm clocks, and computer if we need to type. Who in the world invented the cell phone. I could sue him/her.

like it replaced into back interior the 80s. i think of the international could be a much extra helpful place. I hate while i flow someplace (wellness practitioner's place of work, experience the practice, in a eating place, and so on) and somebody all of surprising starts conversing very loudly on their cellular telephones as a results of fact they'd't hear the guy they are conversing with. some the ringtones are so freakin stressful. have not people heard of vibrate? then you truly've people who do no longer make any attempt to get their telephones while it is ringing. Dumbazzes! people who use their purely for "emergencies". it is why there have been pay telephones at each street nook.
