Im a Scorpio, and im dark hair, dark eyes, and very passionate and outgoing, sexy, ect
a MAJORITY of the people i meet that are scorpios tend to be the same with the dark hair/eyes and behaviours..

I don't know about the look part but as for the personality traits...it's true that most people in the same horoscope share personality traits. For each sign there are lists of traits that you may or may not have...both good and bad. Most people don't have all the traits but there are some that do.
One trait Scorpio are famous for is their vindictive sides. :P Yes it's true we are one of the most dangerous signs, that's why the scorpion was chosen to represent us. We are mysterious, seductive, secretive, and deep. Now mix that with your element (Earth/ air/ fire/ water) and you have a better understanding of what you really are. Because Scorpio is a water sign and each sign has 4 elements (depending on when EXACTLY you were born) this can affect what characteristics you really share with others.

I'm a Sagittarius and I have seen many other people with my same sign that look totally different. I don't think it's meant for people with the same signs to look alike, otherwise that would make everything boring, but I do have to agree that majority of people that are under the same sign have similar personalities.

... that's kinda the premise of Astrology, really. *shrug* That sun signs, modified by moon and planets and houses, all play into who a person is, and consequently how they look and act.
Anyway... it's not cut & dry, as even in astrology everyone's completely unique... but there certainly are some similarities.
I love astrology!
EDIT: I'm a Scorpio, too... but in theory (and based on my experience) Scorpios aren't outgoing... at all. They're withdrawn, quiet, and more than a little intense. We're water signs, so inherently emotional/sensitive... albeit the most assertive of water signs, so it comes across in very probing/curious/intense/"take no prisoners" way (which I guess some people consider "outgoing"...?)

Definitely. They always seem to have similar features. I can usually spot them without even knowing their sign. I'm a Scorpio myself and it's easy to spot another one, just look at the eyes. They're usually deep-set and always intense. Pisces always seems to have a child-like face and large or bright eyes. Cancer guys always seem to have red skin or splotches of red on their skin and usually some baby fat. Libra women seem to have very rounded features, especially in the face, and most of them are very beautiful. Anyway, these are just things I've noticed over the years. And of course, the personalities are easy to notice. Especially if the person has their sun sign in other areas of their chart. Some people are hard to place because they have so many different signs. Usually gives them a contradicting personality... So, There has to be some truth in astrology. :)

Oh yes, divinemadness, I have studied the astrological signs, quite a bit, and this is true ! But of all the scorpios, I've met, not very many of them are outgoing ! You must have picked this up somewhere from another influence which is possible ! The scorpios, I have met, that are outgoing, still are the quiet type ! there are so many variations, but the similarities do catch my attention !

They will sometimes of course. They're just as likely to look/act like someone with a different sign though.
I personally am like nobody I know with my sign. I look the most like someone I know who was born in June (I'm an Aries, which is different from whatever the June one would be) and I act most like someone I know born in September.

Well, I agree with the personalities part but I don't agree with the whole "look-alike" part.
