Your a jackass if you take someone else's safety into your hands like that. Don't be that guy who thinks its cool to scare people when you offer them a ride. I would nock the hell outta someone who did that if i were on the buck chair.
If your stunting with a person who has given the OK then there are people doing it. I have done it the "ballast" is great.

guy below me, you're not intimidating but you are pretty ignorant. Tandem stunts are completely safe as long as you know what you're doing. I think highway tandem is a pretty bad idea, but lot wise it's fine. Lets toss your sister on my bike and see how it goes.
