Why do some white people feel as though they can't say anything anymore because of PC and/ or they may get in trouble for "speaking their mind"? From the comments I've seen on Y Answers and many other online blogs even youtube there is no one stopping you from voicing your opinion on anything.
Let me say this there is difference between voicing your opinion and being down right ignorant and rude.

i am not trying to label anyone anything or accuse white people of being racists. I conjured up this question according to my observations online and so forth.

this is a response to lollybug:
going through Yahoo answers and other online blogs and/ or forums when the subject of race/ ethnicity is discussed, some feel as though they will get bashed or reprimanded when making a comment or observation, for example the use of racial profane words.

I am African American guy and I don't get offended when I hear these things, and i think Caucasian people shoud be able to voice there opinions just like everyone else. This is suppose to be about speaking your mind and voicing your opinions, why should people be discarded because other people don't agree. That's not fair, I would like to hear everyones opinions on race. Even if I don't agree with it I still value there imput. This is good not only for Black people but also Caucasian people so they don't have to feel they need to hold back anything. We are suppose to be keeping it real!

If a white guy calls a black guy '*****' he is called a racist and everyone goes up in arms, if a black guy calls a white guy 'cracka' he's just called a black guy.
Automatically by saying one of those words people judge you one way or the other depending on your skin color. Thus they can't say everything they want anymore because it's automatically judged due to one word instead of the whole thing they're saying.
Also notice i just typed in n-igga (without the hyphen) and cracka. N-igga came up censored automatically while cracka didn't.
Interesting huh?
Mira, cracka= whip cracker, as in overseer of slaves, as in slave master.
So I'm allowed to be called a slave owner basically? If it's okay to say cracka it should be okay to say *****.
Also lets everybody notice that politically correctly were Caucasion and African American. I don't see how that works, why am I not a European American, or an Irish-Portugese American. I know a girl from South Africa thats why and is called caucasion instead of African American

example of why you get in trouble
ok i was working in a plant in the south right, then i was working around alot of black people so one of the chicks ask me if i date black girls and i told her that i did not then she told me that she had a white boyfriend and i was like ok then she asked me if i thought it was right for a white person to date a black person and i said i didnt belive in it then three days later im called into the plant mangers office and said that i cant say racist things and i explained the story and he repeated that im a racist and the company would not stand for racist remarks. my repose was me not dating black girls or thinking whites and blacks not mixing is racist its my opinion and i wouldnt have brought it up if she had asked me the questions then i got wrote up and that sucked
that is why i say there are PC that white men cant say or your in trouble
EDIT and for the cool what ever
most of the stuff you see on tv with the white cracks you would never say to a white person in face either

Well maybe you also need to know white people are not the only racist people in the world. And if they are not saying anything racist, how do you know they have that in mind?

I don't give a **** about being politically correct. I'm white, and I speak my mind. I'm not racist at all. And what does my being white have to do with me speaking my mind?

I comprehend thoroughly! I'm additionally hapa Asian and white. different than others call me too Asian. in spite of the actuality that I react in any different case. My passive character makes a decision to ignore with regard to the comments. reason ultimately, I prepare others that I'm merely me, and stereotypes don't outline me. If anybody is basically inquisitive approximately my way of existence and historic past, then I'd gladly share with them. in any different case, those comments are merely made below superfacial assumptions.

Have you ever thought that the people who are PC understand that some of the words and phrases that they use to describe other individuals are hurtful? That they understand that they want to be apart of the solution and not apart of the problem?

Some people have opinions and attitudes that are racist and discriminatory. They are afraid to voice their opinions for fear they would get a negative reaction. And they probably would.
