If she was cheering for the high school i would say maybe.. maybe not! b/c cheerleaders have a standard to uphold! they are constantly representing the school! if she was in any school or cheerleading attire, even a t-shirt from the school, she should not be able to! if she was not in school attire, then the parents should be the ones dealing with the punishments! if they dont want her to cheer as a punishment, then that is totally understandable, but the school should not take any action unless the schools name sake was in jeopardy!

I don't see why not, they're independent activities. I don't see why the school would penalize the individual for something
that occurred outside of the school, unless the person is detained and has to miss too many games. So my answer is yes, a person can be a cheerleader and a kleptomaniac at the same time. Be careful, don't get caught next time. Gimme a K.....Gimme a L........Gimme a E........Gimme a P............ :)

there'll continuously be a solid or undesirable area to any argument.. human beings presently are extra services to easily throw in the towel and look to thrive on punishments for incorrect doing. the place is the compassion or forgiveness from the persons? What ever befell to a civilization the place human beings used to forgive and say all of us make blunders? anybody is out for punishments and suing and each form of advise lively issues. On one hand, i could say definite becasue i like to assert that anybody makes blunders and we are merely human and to forgive and ignore is the way I want the international labored- it may be lots extra non violent. as properly, we don't comprehend what led to her to try this variety of element. possibly she feels forced to look solid and she or he has no money.. possibly we don't comprehend the place she is coming from. Compassion is yet another super characteristic I want the international lived extra with the aid of. on the different hand nevertheless if she did it extra advantageous than the single time then i do no longer think of she could make an rather solid function kind. Cheers!

Sure. Being a criminal and being a cheerleader are two totally different things. Why should she be punished at school for something she did on off-school grounds?
Schools should not punish someone for something they did on their own time.
However, if she stole something at school, that would be a different scenario, and then she should not be allowed to cheer.
Cheers

I don't think that she should be able to cheer since she is part of the public image of that school. Her bad behavior reflects poorly on the schools image.

In Missouri, anyone involved in extra-curriculars must maintain "good citizenship." Someone convicted of a criminal act has failed to meet that standard. The answer is "NO"

If she misses school time for it, her place should not be held on the team. If she stole from the school, no. If it was outside of school, it is up to the coach about who he has to represent the school on top of his pyramid

If she was found guilty beyond reasonable doubt, NO.
cheerleaders are supposed to be models of the youth. how could the youth look up to poor modelling?
she will have to redeem herself, though that is not an impossibility.
