Not that tight, a real one does expand to ensure a perfect fit. There's no ridges and grooves and all that jazz. We own the Jenna jameson Cyberskin, and it is pretty unrealistic to me, being a woman with a vagina, and hubby prefers not to use it at all anymore. Its fun when you have some experience.
