How exactly does a marijuana tax stamp work?
I just read about them, but I don't get it..... Explain to me why they are implemented and how they are enforced, if you can it would be greatly appreciated...

In the U.S., before marijuana was criminalized, tax stamps were (supposedly) issued to vendors to legally sell it. However, few, if any stamps were ever issued, and marijuana was shortly afterwards made illegal.
