Why would it? Only a guy with a freudian nipple complex would be attracted to three breasts so why would a girl be more attracted because of 3 testicles?
People are attracted to each other for alot more reasons than an extra sexual part or even a lack of the normal amt. If that's all you got going for you you're in serious trouble as far as getting girls.

Assuming this is a serious question, women are not turned on by body parts, although they can be turned off by them. We get turned on by people who pay attention to us, show us they are attracted to us, and respect us.
