There is a such thing as a YZF and YFZ
one being an ATV and won a 4 stroke.....
Im not 100% sure how fast, but the new YFZ450 ATV has got some guts..... If you are meaning a YZF450 do a few mods like vortex, hot cam, take out the restricters, change front sprocket down and you will have a machine

Everyone supposedly knows this information about their respective bike but don't know what lines Yamaha sells. The YFZ 450 quad is or at least was last year the fastest production quad on the market stock. A guy I knew got his up to at least 80 or so on dry pavement with no problem in limited space, we didn't clock him but it beat everyone elses machine. With a few mods it rips even harder. But I think the polaris 525 outlaw might be even quicker this year.
As for the others, yamaha makes YZFs, YFZs, YZs, YZxxxFs.

If you mean the YZ450F motocross bike, they are geared for a motocross track so top speed would probably be around 80 MPH. I have seen 450F's geared for desert that ran over 100 though. If you mean the YFZ 450 quad, it is the same engine and similar gearing. Motocross bikes and quads are capable of much faster top speeds, but since they are intending for a track that you will never exceed 50 MPH or so on, having them geared low for acceleration is much more important.

It's YZF, not YFZ. The top speed is probably around 110 mph, and is likely gearing-limited rather than power limited.
