I caught onto the show late (meaning now) and I bought season 1 and 2 on DVD. I was wondering if there was a season 3? If not why was the show canceled? Low ratings? or some other thing. Let me know?

There are only 2 seasons of Dead like me. They had planned to make a third and then decided against it. I don`t know why.

I don't know if there was a third season. We didn't know it was cancelled until I read in the real estate section in the LA Times that some one from the show was selling his home because the show had been cancelled. We really liked it. Sometimes you can find it on the Sci Fi channel. They've aired several shows we hadn't seen before. Possible they would have been used on the 3rd season.

Wow! I got into season 1 about a year ago and didn't know there was even a season 2! I'm thinking there probably wasn't a season 3, because Mandy Patinkin has moved on to a more popular prime-time show (one of the CSI's I think).
