How can i make a xiao qiao fan? i've been looking for one but i never found one so can anyone help me?

I did not find the exact fan, in fact I had difficulties seeing the fan at all, but I think I have a few links for you, I hope you can use some of these sites, as many seem to be for simpler kinds of fan.
