Who is the person in your family that always shows up to the cookouts or family gatherings drunk?

I have an uncle, who gets so loud, and wears sweat pants and dress shoes, he gets drunk at our gatherings, and is always so loud.

ROFL. I think that everyone has the crazy uncle. I have one. At least yours wear sweat pants. Mine wears the shorts dress socks and dress shoes. Or jeans that is a little bit too tight. Then he always wants to dance. The dance that nobody knows but him. Then he always say,"Whatcha know about this girl?" I always say nothing uncle. Then he'll say,"Come dance with your uncle girl." Then it is always so embarassing because everybody is laughing and he is doing some awful dance. Then even though he is already a few shades gone, he always got to get one more beer. Oh no, I just thought about family reunion is next month. BTW, he done pretty good at our wedding. ALthough the suit that he wore was made by those two sister Polly and Esther, it was one solid color of black.

HAHAHA! This is so funny. My Uncle Ipo always has way too much to drink at family functions. He too wears odd get-ups. At our family reunion last summer, he wore a purple champion t-shirt, a pair of white dress pants, and orange flip-flops. During his drunkeness, he actually started to belt out his rendition of "Ribbon in the Sky". My Aunt Beverly had to take him home early.

Nobody shows up that way in our family. Once everyone is there and the beer if flowing, than I have about 90% of drunken relatives wandering. Good thing they are happy drunks and don't do anything too stupid. Worry about them driving home, though.

Getting drunk is our national pastime, isn't it???

I am that drunk relative but then my whole family is nuts. Some of us think bringing samurai swords and machine guns to a family function is normal.

All of my aunts and uncles on my dads side. Its so bad that at a funeral they had a case of liquor in the trunk & was drinking in the parking lot outside the funeral home.
