Yes, many years ago. I was surprised by the amenities. Pools, water falls, hiking/biking trails, community vegetable garden, beautiful landscaping, security, a recreational center, a mini "Kinko's" type business center at the main building. And the trailers were gorgeous, and I don't care for trailers. But my thought is, why spend on so much on a trailer?

There were cute little flower boxer in the windows with plastic flowers (faded by the sun of course), no cars on blocks, but I did see a few repo men, and there we're pink flamingos in the yards, by each of the Wal Mart plastic bird baths. Some of the windows had curtains, but most of the windows were covered with aluminum foil, or had a big old box fan stuck in them.

There is one in Florida that recently sold out to developers...the home owners made about a million each...yeah, I would say that is a nice park.

Isn't "fancy trailer park" an oxymoron?

I've only seen it on the Travel Channel.
But I think it's a waste of money.
