As a person I like her very much. As a manager she is terrible. She tries to be everyones friend and has absolutely no back bone. We have the highest turnover rate in the hospital.

I just changed my Job,, and I really like my previous Boss,, the current one is also good in a way but I still don't know him very well.

She promoted me to CFO at the tender age of 23 years old, and she makes me do everything including writing proposals and business plans that is not part of my job description. My salary is close to $60,000, and I feel like I'm her slave.
Yeah, I like my boss. She's pretty cool, and I only answer to her because she's CEO, President, and Chair of the Board of Directors. I work for a concrete pumping company while attending to my university studies. :-S

Used to. But he is over calculative and doesn't like his staffs to benefit for the tiniest bit.

He is alright, i do my job, he does his, we don't talk......he is a good boss.
