You will not be able to find a product through standard channels to fix this. It probably is fixable though.
Most furniture of this grade uses a catalyzed lacquer finish. This fits with the problem that you have. The finish is resistant to most chemicals, but the liquid monomer you use is probably similar to the catalyst used in the finish. When you spilled some, it reacted with the finish creating a new polymer. Not good, but fixable if there is no damage to the base coat.
You may have a couple of options. Most Value City stores have someone that fixes minor problems with furniture that they sell. This problem is well within the scope of something they could do, again if the damage did not penetrate to the base coat. If it did go down to the base coat, it might still be fixable, but it will be expensive, perhaps more than the cost of the table.
The second option would be a DIY approach. You will need to get the appropriate pre-catalyzed lacquer from Value City, or perhaps from the manufacturer if they will tell you who makes their finish. It will come in a spray can, probably $20-$30.
If you can buy the product, you will need to sand with 150 grit paper to smooth out any bumps that are in the finish. Take care not to sand too much, you do not want to remove more than the bumps and smooth any pitting. Follow this with sanding with a very fine paper, 220 grit or so until the surface is perfectly smooth but dull. Spray on about 3 coats, 30 minutes between each coat. Dry for 72 hours and polish.
The directions may vary a bit depending upon what specific product they use, but that should give you some idea if it is something you think you want to try or if you want to go straight to the pros. It really is not hard, but does take some time and patience.

I could fix this, it would cost you, you cannot, unless you have the tools and the knowledge.
This is a stain finish, you'll never fix this table to look good without refinishing the entire table. You'll have to remove the finish first, then sand it all down with a power sander.
Then you can put a new stain coat over it.
This takes skill so don't let just anyone do it, they could ruin it completely.
If you can find someone who does refinishing of antique furniture or redoes furniture call them and see what it would cost.
Antique shops (stores) usually know of people that do this for them, find out. This is your only choice.

Value City is some pretty cheap furniture. You'd be better off buying a new table. Keep the old one for yourself to remind you not to get any nail products anywhere near finished furniture.

You cannot do it yourself.
Find a professional furniture refinsher and use your female charm and whatnot and act upset and they may go easy on you to fix it.
If someone screwed up my table, I would never let them attempot to fix the finnish themselves. They would either have to pay me to have it professionally fixed or have it professionally fixed themselves, but no one , even handymen, can do a job to put it in new condition like a pro can.
If you spend the money to fix your mess, it will bring respect for you from all envolved, especially yourself. In this life you come out better if you stand up and pay for your mistakes.

Only in the spring, summer, and fall... from my perinniel gardens. Now I have all my plants and herbs there since I never eat there. They completely cover my kitchen window, so all I need are lace curtains. But in the spring, out they go... except for the herbs.
