There are several that are top of the line and are very good, I will give you 2 or 3 and you can google them to check for capabilities, Oh and by the way most will give you a free download for different amounts of time to try them

I would suggest if this your first Go and you aren't familiar with HTML.
Check out Yahoo's Geocities, they offer ther service for all one money and it's a lot cheaper it will allow you to select a Domain name they will also Host the site and best of all they furnish the software for you to design upkeep and maintain your site.
