I find that shopping during sales save a lot of money. I also use coupons at the grocery stores...some stores even double and triple the value of the coupons...also some grocers offer a discount card, like 10% off [kroger stores]

if you shop online....which I enjoy doing...there are discount codes that you can use to apply to your purchases. Check out www.couponmountain.com www.couponcabin.com www. flamingo.com ...there are so many.
If theres a particular store that you like....just put that stores name in the seach engine under discounts.

Only buy what you need.
Do you really need to spend money on hats, shoes, etc?
Also coupons are good. Look for sales. compare with wat your getting and spend very little. For example: Lets say i went to McDonalds to get a meal. I only need the Dbl Cheese and small pop. right so i only spend $2.12 on a meal.
