Lets say i built a new pc from scratch and ordered a new hard drive. would it be able to install an os ?? i mean if the hardrive was straight out of the box, would it need drivers of some sort or would it be able to install the new OS with no problem? *rememberthe computer im building is all brand new parts, never run on and OS ever* Thx

as with all brand new operating systems it requires a SYSTEM DISC. This disc will allow you to format an brand new hard drive, otherwise you are going to be running in circles. These normally come with a brand new set of software they do not come with the operating system you might have bought from Dell or HP or the others. There system restore disc is not an Original with the seperate System disc that will allow you to boot a new hard drive.

yes it is complety fine. just insert the softwhere into the connected disk drive and let it load.
