Yes I floss after I eat. I am 49 and have all my teeth all that brushing and flossing after meals really does pay off.

well,i try.i mean i have floss the dentist gave me and she said to floss at LEAST 1 time a day.and i want my teeth to be perfect so i try to floss at night(only when i am not that sleepy).i sometimes feel like brushing my teeth and washing face but sometimes i dont like to floss even though i need to

Of course. If you don't it causes bad breath and that is really revolting. It's called dental hygeine. I will never understand why people go to so much trouble with anti-perspirants and deodorants, shampoos, perfumes and colognes - and yet they're happy to walk around with a mouth smelling like a sewer.

4 or 5 time per day or always after meal or snack... i always carry flossers (its a convenient form of dental floss) so i wont have any reason not to floss..., and its been my habit ever since...

Yup.

My dentist is big on that. He's got this all seeing eye, and he knows when I don't floss. I don't have a choice!!

no but i brush daily. I like to brush my teeth at work cause i do it on the clock so i get paid to do it. Dont tell my boss.
